Flying with a suit?

I'm flying out for a job interview, my first flight like this.

I don't have a garment bag, but I remember that some planes have areas where you can hang jackets, etc. Is this still the case?

I was going to buy a bag to hang my suit in and hopefully give it to the flight attendant to hang somewhere.

I arrive the night prior to the interview and am worried if I roll up the suit or check it in, it will wrinkle.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

First class gets to use the hanging closet at the front. However if the plane's not crowded or it's not being used they will let you hang it there - but it's a chance. You can also roll your suit up (like a towel) using tissue paper. Then pack it snugly. When you check into the hotel see if it's wrinkled or not. If it's wrinkled hang it on the shower rod, turn on the hot bath water, close the door and steam it for about 15 minutes. - perfect every time. I have also folded the garment bag and placed it in the overhead - almost always the suit is just fine.
