North America

A magic land of mother nature's beauty attracts tourists to visit North America every year. Breathtaking Canadian Rockies, Niagara Falls, Grand Canyon, Mexican's Mayan Ruins, and many other attractions are truly amazing places to visit before you die.

1. Best Time to Visit

North America is suitable to visit any time all year around except Alaska/Yukon (best months are July and August) and Canadian Rockies (best months to visit from June to August). Northwest territories and Canadian Prairie's temperature can drop to as low as - 40 °C in January and February. No winter in Southern USA and Mexico.

2. Travel Budget

Food is inexpensive in North America because of retailer competition and well-developed road transportation system. Large grocery stores can be found almost anywhere in North America. Canada and USA have large immigrants which provide tourists great opportunities to experience delicious cuisines from the globe. Buffet restaurants are extremely popular in North America and the buffet price is incredibly attractive. Numerous outlet shopping malls are located across Canada and USA. Many tourists found the sale price of outlet mall is cheaper than Europe. Car rental companies are extremely competitive in Norther America, so tourist can find many good deals from car rental websites. I strongly recommended people to use Uber service in Mexico because the service is reliable, and the Uber price is very cheap.

3. Flights

Flights from Asia and Europe have seat sale very often. Due to airline competitions, flights from Asia to North America return trip are as low as $500 CAD ($350 USD), flights from Europe are as low as $400 CAD ($280 USD). Unlike those budget airlines in Europe, there are only limited budget airlines in North America, so domestic flights can be costly. Canadian domestic flights are approximately 21% higher than that of USA and Mexico.

4. Hotels

Large chains of hotels and motels can be found anywhere in Canada and USA. Airbnb is another popular option for tourists. Book Airbnb from the link below will save you $62 CAD/$43 USD instantly for your first stay anywhere around the world:

5. Credit Card Vs. Foreign Currencies

Credit Cards are well accepted in Canada and USA. However, most city transit system accept cash only, so make sure bring foreign currencies with you for small purchases.
